Company was found in 1997. Staff consists of leading experts of Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, lawyers, experts of governmental institutes such as State Duma, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russian Federation, Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Inspection, Federal Service for Nature Resource Use Inspection and their regional branches, regional and local authorities etc. All staff members have long-time experience in environmental and legal consulting, several staff members have Ph.D. degree and fellowship awards.
